Quick Install & Set Up:

1. Wiring 3-way circuit. One Master + One Add-on

1.1 Install the master switch on one of your switch box (it can be on any of them)

  • Load -> Two travelers together

  • Live   -> The other one

1.2 Wiring on the other side

  • All three wires except ground connect together in the same wire nut

  • No need wiring on add-on switch

  • Add-on switch Battery works for more than 1 year. Wireless charging.

2. Wiring 4-way circuit. One Master + Two Add-on

  • The master and 1st add-on switch are exactly like the 3-way location.

  • For the 2nd add-on switch at the 4-way switch location: (Two same color wires connect together)

3. Link Add-on and Mater

    Be sure the master switch turns on/off the load correctly (If not, go back to step 1)​

       3.1 Mater Switch:

       Press power button 4 times (ON-OFF-ON-OFF)

       Green Indicator power on

       3.2 Add-on Switch:

       Press power button 4 times (ON-OFF-ON-OFF)

       Green Indicator on master switch flashes

(Hold 10s on the Add-on switch will disconnect it from the master switch)

3. Battery Charging on Add-on Switch

    There is a build-in battery on Add-on switch, which can work >1 year for general usage.

    It supports QI standard wireless charge.​

4. Link the Master Switch to Zigbee Hub (No need to do this on Add-on switch)

   4.1 Press the Power button 5-8s for Pairing Mode, red indicators flash quickly)

   4.2 Open App "SmartLife" and pair it with your SmartLife zigbee hub

If you are using other Zigbee Hub, please follow their instruction.

5. Control by App when your Phone is under 4G status (NOT WiFi)

6. Enable "Smartlife" skill on Alexa / Google Assistant

7. Use voice command to control it via Echo / Google Home

SmartThings hub(from users):

1. Press the reset button at the bottom of the switch for a count of 15.

2. Log into your SmartThings App on your phone.

3. Go into your devices and add device.

4. Scan for nearby devices.

5. Press and hold the power button (bottom part of the paddle) for about 5 seconds, until the reddish colored light starts blinking.

6. Within a few seconds, the new switch should show up in your device list as Zigbee Switch.
